LUJ Graduate Programs

Welcome to LUJ's Graduate Programs!

LUJ officially opened two fully-accredited graduate programs in April of 2025 - a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters in Leadership & Organizational Development (MS-LOD). Both programs offer professional education consisting of coursework that integrates research, case studies, technology, and other learning processes. While each program offers its own unique focus and curriculum, both prepare working professionals and traditional students for expanded careers and working opportunities - whether that be in corporate business culture, management roles, or entrepreneurship.
