Disability Accommodations

Our goal is to provide reasonable and effective accommodations for students who present appropriate documentation of a disability. We do this so that students can feel empowered and have an equal opportunity to achieve academic success in a timely, dignified and respectful manner.

Application Process

Students who require disability-related accommodations must make their requests in writing.

For this purpose, an application must be submitted. In order to receive these forms, please email the disability accommodation team at disabilityaccommodation@japan.lakeland.edu.

Note: You will need to provide verification from your Medical Doctor / Clinical or Counseling Psychologist. When you contact the disability accommodation team, they will provide you with more information.
