レイクランド大学でM.S. in Leadership and Organizational Development（リーダーシップ＆組織開発修士）を修了した学生は、次のスキルを身につけています：

学位要件（30単位時間）

- LO 700 - Leadership: Theories and Perspectives
- LO 710 - Leadership Seminar: Systems Theory, Adaptive and Servant Leadership
- LO 720 - Organizational Change and Development
- LO 790 - Capstone Group Project – MS-LOD Program
