Our Open Campus in October
Thank you to the people who attended our open campus on Sunday, October 10th.
On that day, Mr. Shey Weaver taught a sample EAP (English for Academic Purposes) class while Dr. Mino Esteban gave a sample Undergraduate math lesson.
During these lessons, we enjoyed seeing so many potential students becoming engaged with the class content, their curiosity helping to make each lesson a rewarding experience.
In addition to our sample classes, current LUJ students gave some answers about Student Life. They were giving attendees an inside look into campus life at Lakeland.
At all of our open campus events, the staff, faculty, and current students are present. We do this so that we can give you the opportunity to ask questions directly to us.
This we feel differentiates our open campus experience from others. We welcome any questions.
Our next open campus will be held on Sunday, November 10th. The reception will start at 12:30 p.m., and our presentation, sample classes, and tour will take place between 1 and 4 p.m.
For the next time, we will invite three guests from our Main Campus in Wisconsin and Sister school in Virginia.
