Live streaming of the ceremony will not be available, so all attendees should plan to attend in-person. Thank you for your understanding. 

All LUJ graduates are required to order a cap, gown, and tassel to attend the Commencement Ceremony. Please make sure to order these items by TBA. All purchased items will be sent to your current address in Japan (overseas deliveries are not available).

** If you do not attend the ceremony, these purchases are optional. 

Though masks will not be required for attendees, we wish to ensure a safe and socially-distanced Commencement Ceremony in honor of this years graduates, LUJ will take the following precautions provided below: 

• Socially-distanced seating will be prepared
• Enhanced air circulation by opening windows and doors where possible
• Sanitizing stations will be provided throughout the campus
• Attendees will be asked to take their temperature before coming to the campus. Please do not attend if your temperature is above 37.5 degrees celsius. 
• Requesting everyone to socially distance themselves after the ceremony (especially when walking through the campus and stopping to take photos, talk with instructors and staff, etc.)

LUJ will not be providing a reception after the ceremony. Graduates and guests are welcome to briefly stay on campus to take photos and talk with others. We ask for everyone's cooperation in socially distancing and masking during this time.
