Wendy is a punk rocker in New York who is discouraged because she can’t catch a break. A friend sends her a postcard from Japan (that’s what we did before email!) and Wendy sees Mt. Fuji and “peace of mind,” and decides to go there. At first lost in Tokyo, she gets a job as a bar hostess, but then meets Hiro, a young Japanese guy looking for an American lead singer for his band. That’s where the fun begins!
The movie starts at 3:00 pm, so if you classes end at 2:30, you have time to grab some food, snacks, or drinks and then make your way to Muskie Hall where we’ll enjoy the flick!
