LUJ's Management (B.A.) major can be completed fully at the Tokyo campus, or students can choose to join the Batten & Black School of International Studies to include short- or long-term study abroad at LU Wisconsin.

Curriculum

Students who have successfully completed a B.A. in Management from Lakeland University should be able to:

Explain major concepts within functional areas of industry.
Construct and present effective oral and written forms of professional communication.
Identify key leadership challenges and ethical issues related to the contemporary workplace.
Evaluate responsible and effective workplace behaviors, skills, and traits in a professional business environment.
