LUJ's Management (B.A.) major can be completed fully at the Tokyo campus, or students can choose to join the Batten & Black School of International Studies to include short- or long-term study abroad at LU Wisconsin.

Curriculum

Students who have successfully completed a B.A. in Management from Lakeland University should be able to:

  • Explain major concepts within functional areas of industry.
  • Construct and present effective oral and written forms of professional communication.
  • Identify key leadership challenges and ethical issues related to the contemporary workplace.
  • Evaluate responsible and effective workplace behaviors, skills, and traits in a professional business environment.
