ANNOUNCEMENT: REGARDING A CHANGE TO SCHOOL FEE INVOICES

Beginning this Summer 2018 semester, Lakeland University Japan (LUJ) will revise the timing and format certain invoices which are issued to students. To simplify the invoicing and payment process, the following fees (when applicable) will now be compiled together into one single invoice for students:
  • Textbook fees
  • TOEFL fees
  • Graduation-related fees
Combining these fees into one invoice will also ensure payments for the TOEFL test – which need to be paid for prior to the test day – are completed on time. Students should note the TOEFL fee is non-refundable.

諸費用一括請求についてのご案内

従来、Lakeland University Japan CampusLUJ)では学内TOEFLテストのTOEFL代および卒業用諸費用(キャップ・ガウン等)を、教材費とは別のタイミングで請求書を発行していましたが、2018年夏学期より各費用を一括にてご請求させていただくことになりました。これによりお支払いにかかる皆さんの手間が1回で済むようになります。TOEFL資材を事前発注、事前納金する必要があるため、やむを得ない事情により当日受験ができなかった場合でも、受験料の返金はいたしませんのでご注意ください。
