Roger Grabowski, Jr. holds a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University and an M.A. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

He joined Lakeland’s English for Academic Purposes faculty in 2002 and was EAP Program Coordinator from 2008 to 2012.

He currently teaches Reading Workshop and Fundamentals of Public Speaking.

He has presented at numerous conferences on topics related to curriculum development and learner autonomy and independence.

In addition to his instructional duties, he is the coordinator of the monthly Lakeland Lectures Series and is a founder and steering committee member of the annual Conference on Global Higher Education at Lakeland College Japan.
