Dan Sloan is a graduate of the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism and University of Virginia, with over 20 years in communications and global media experience. He currently writes for Eurobiz magazine, and is a Director of the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan and a former president. He earlier worked as senior correspondent and bureau chief for Reuters, and his reports aired on CNN, BBC, CNBC and CCTV. He is author of "Playing to Wiin: Nintendo and the Video Game Industry's Greatest Comeback," and a frequent public speaker and consultant. He also teaches Continuing Education courses at Temple University Japan, and is a former adjunct professor of Global Media Studies at Komazawa University.
